3. Eligibility to Use
The purpose of the platform is to provide information, offer courses, and connect users with therapists to facilitate the conduct of sessions, webinars, and workshops:

-
Users can view therapists’ profiles and arrange a first free phone consultation or a first paid session.

4. Payment
The use of the platform is generally free of charge. However, therapy or coaching sessions are billed by the providers. Prices are listed on our website and must be paid in full before the session or before the workshop/webinar. Currently, we do not accept common payment methods but operate on an invoicing basis (Note: Adjust here if you have specific payment methods). The initial consultation must be paid in advance; for follow-up sessions, invoicing is done afterward. For workshops and webinars, online payment via various methods is also possible. Prices include statutory VAT.

Sessions must be booked in advance via our website (currently not yet possible), by phone, or by email.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments with therapists are binding. No-shows must be canceled or rescheduled in a timely manner (at least 24 hours in advance) and communicated to the provider. Users bear sole responsibility for any disadvantages resulting from missed appointments without timely cancellation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance entitle users to reschedule or a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full charges.
Users are expressly advised to contact the appropriate authorities immediately in life-threatening situations or other emergencies.
